Shipping policy

DermaLifted Shipping Policy

Where we ship:
Currently we ship to all 50 US states (excluding APO/FPO addresses). Expansion to UK, Canada, and Australia is planned for late 2026.

Shipping cost:
- USA Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
- Express shipping (1-3 business days): $9.99 (optional upgrade at checkout)

Processing time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Subscription orders are processed on your renewal date

Delivery time:
- USA Standard: 3-5 business days after processing
- USA Express: 1-3 business days after processing

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Damaged or lost packages:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 business days, contact us at support@dermalifted.com and we will send a replacement immediately.

Subscription orders:
Your subscription will ship automatically on your renewal date. You can change your shipping address from your account dashboard at any time, up to 3 days before your renewal.
